The characters are inside a Chinese restaurant.
Rigel, Layla and Zero are dressing in traditional Chinese clothing, and enjoying their dinner. Mory is an employee of the restaurant and serving lovely food to them.

At the back side of the picture, that’s a down stairs area with a small traditional Chinese theatre in the restaurant, which’s originally used to entertaining the guests. But tonight Quasar wants to make an attack towards everyone in the restaurant , he and Ionel dressed in Chinese Opera’s clothes and pretend to be an actor.

Quasar is holding a Chinese style bomb. He’ve already lighted it and than the next second the bomb will create a load sound, smokes and some fires. (Chinese’s bomb are not as powerful as western’s, but it create super load sound and a lot of smokes.) He will start his attack after he throw the bomb.

Poor Rigel and friends, they still don’t know in the next second ,the restaurant will be destroyed and they can’t eat anymore.


Clothing:
Rigel-> In Old China only royal family can wear clothes with dragon.
Layla and Zero-> Traditional Chinese Lady’s clothing
Ionel-> Chinese Opera’s clothing, and his clothing actually represent “Fligter”
Quasar-> Chinese Opera’s clothing, and his clothing actually represent “Prince or a husband of Princess.”
