Finally got this guy's ref done yesterday (though I'll eventually draw one myself). This is my lovely dutch angel dragon :D you'll likely start seeing a lot of him.

The mark on his back is meant to symbolize a flame (through dipiction of a lighted candle). The blue is then significant in that it is not a hot flame, so it does not burn, but it lives and breathes. Together it signifies the eternal passion present within one's spirit.
