Back in 7th grade, I was trying to be emo. It was actually really stupid. People were like "Taylor your not emo!" They were right. One time I wore fishnets on my hands and a black shirt. I made my shirt look like what I thought was an emo style by putting my lanyard through the armholes and tying it, but in reality it looked really slutty and stupid, because I got a lot of stares from people in the halls. I was really embarrassed about it. I thought to myself, "I'm never going emo again"

Moral of the story, don't try to be who you're not, because it can end badly.
