Samus comes across her greatest challenge in the finale to this story. Will she survive, can she find a way to return to her human form, or will she succumb to her alien instinct?
So ends my first long series. Be sure to let me know what you think, and stick around for more transformation stories!

Now I get it, thx.
Also I got an idea for a possible sub-story (idk how to describe this in other way):
≈15-18 years after the end of this story Samus in one of the expeditions found a planet perfect to live on, which also was without any intelligent life forms, and she decided to live on it as a feral centipede for the rest of her life, bc she kinda tired of being a surveyor. Samus filled a bottle (or any other container at your wish) with a centipede liquid and flied on to this planet.
I even have 2 ideas for how she'll become feral:
1. Samus just will let her instincts control her;
2. Samus will met her feral self in her mind while sleeping and after some conversation with it she'll be willingly absorbed by her feral self.
I hope this'll get your interest.
But anyway, that's a REALLY COOL story.
P.S.: I didn't wrote this idea in a place where you asked to place it (in your profile) bc I'm not really sure this'll even be a great story idea. 😅
But if you'll like it as a story concept, I'll place this idea where it should be.

Got your story suggestion, thanks for submitting it! It sort of matches one of my other stories, Samus's Spa: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24509948/ (along with a cool comic down by the same lovely lady that did the illustrations by "Samus in Kraid's Dojo": https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24506381/ ), so see if that matches the tone/story you were going for.
I read this story just now, and it really has some similarities with my idea. But the main ideas of my story idea (sorry for repeating the words) are:
1. Her fully willing feralization (in "Samus's spa" this is somewhat unwilling → willing);
2. She struggles to not to interrupt her instincts at first, but soon after ahe "learns" how to not to interrupt her instincts (in "Samus's spa" her mind and instincts are merged).
I hope these explanations will help you to understand my idea better.
P.S.: "Samus's spa" is a really interesting and cool story.

Ah, I see the distinctions. The willingness aspect is definitely different. As for the "giving into instinct" part, I'd still go for a "Main Character going after things their new, creature form wants/needs in a manner that matches their personality and history" like in the story. Otherwise it's just another "character" taking over the main character's altered body, almost like a possession, but that's just my take on it.
Glad you liked that story, too!
