Part of a story I started some work on, this gal got picked up and used in an experiment to test a new drug that was being released on the streets. The side effects on her was... different.

well that shot of the 'bone' looking mask is actually a symbol that appears on her face. She has enhanced abilities: speed, strength, agility. And a craving, more of a need, for the blood of monsters. (vampires, weres, zombies and such) Especially vampires. And strong ones at that.
Oh sure, if you want to live in a world where you are more of a monster than human yourself. Where you scare humans AND monster alike, and where if you don't get your fix you shake worse than any junky and literately start to slowly die by rotting from the inside out.
Its an illegal drug anyway and actually harvested from the blood of high level vampires and ran through the body of a zombie lord before its further processed and sold on the streets as the latest 'high'.
Just when something goes wrong, it turns the junkies into ghouls, zombies, and werewolves.

Nice that sounds like my kinda world just imagine all the pain and suffering.

Heh, well it's not quite the same. As for all that this girl needs to feed off of monsters, in many ways it is because she is basically a ghoul to a vampire, but it is not one she is likely to meet anytime soon as he's been trapped by the guys making this blood. And she's too powerful because of the zombie lord, he would not have tolerated her as his ghoul if he'd known of her.
She's also in this odd position that the vampire and other monsters need her, even as she scares them. Because she is going after the people that are doing this, so that no more are made like her. And she's found many atrocities on the way. Just as a room that was filled with undead all created by a bad batch of this stuff, and the fact she had to kill every one of them.. including small children.
Now, the zombie lords from my story are actually NOT dead, but they have a control of the dead and all have the 'bone mask' that can appear at times. The zombie lord, one of the most powerful in the world currently, is only 12 years old. And so twisted by the constant blood transfusions and such that the poor kid only wants to truly die by this point. When she finds him its a very sad day in my story. Think of zombie lords something more like the voodoo practitioners and the real zombies are the classic shambling dead things controlled by them. Among the zombie lords, they call what we'd call a zombie a 'shadow' or a 'construct' being that there is no soul in those animated bodies. There are rumors that there are lords with enough power they can not just animate the dead, but give them a soul as well.
