(All three of my Popplio fanart pieces were deleted after FA came back on. That's a bit bothersome, but luckily I have the original descriptions from my other art pages intact.)

I hope I'm not the only one that thought of this when the new Pokemon were revealed.

Tried to make it a speed painting, since I don't do enough of those, and it's been a super long time since I've drawn anything without lineart. It came out pretty okay considering how slow I usually am, but I realized just now that I forgot to add teeth on the left side of his jaw. >_< Oh well. I'm done.

About the new Pokemon: I'm super excited for the new designs. At first I thought I'd go with the grass starter this time, but water always wins me over in the end. The fire cat is a little underwhelming to me, but I'm excited about the possibility of its type, and what it's design could evolve into. I hope Popplio either plays with the scary clown idea, or a something super cutesy and magical.
