Enemies may be the most annoying part, but they are also the most important part. You have to have something for your hero or heroine to fight! This guy looks a bit like a zombie or mutant of some sort. Are those beads around his wrists or glands of poison or gas that can be popped or squirted to hurt the hero characters? Good "I'm ready to fight" stance. Nice wind blown hair look. That's one swollen looking left leg/foot! Hell of a stomp attack I imagine.
