For the "preview image" or thumbnail, you could perhaps just put an image of her expression, and then in parenthesis next to the title write (Animated) or something to that effect?
I dunnot, I usually click on the distorted image that you get as a preview for animations to see what they're all about, and I'm glad I did for this one, it gave me a good laugh :P
