Just a friendly birthday sketch for my buddy 
chaos99 :)
Here we have my little blue raccoon Chammy binding up and tickling Chaos for one minute for every year that he's been alive, which is exactly what he deserves for all of the tickly mischief that he's put countless other characters through! Chammy's not the best raccoon for keeping time, though, so he might have to start over a few times... I'm sure Chaos won't mind TOO much, right? Nah, he seems to be having plenty of fun with it!
Might finish this up later, but just in case it ends up getting stuck in my growing pile of other sketches that I need to finish, I wanted to at least share it with folks.
