Why never, I am a law-abiding citizen!
If the arrest is consequence of me being mistaken for a criminal... I wouldn't mind as long as they find out that I'm innocent and the wrong ond at the police station and he apologizes for the mistake in the aftermath. I would perhaps give him a hug nd tell him to be more careful and gentle handling such situations. ^^
However, if the arresting is illegal, against my will and not the consequence of a mistake, the lawsuit would be me vs him and not the state vs me!
