Shineon!! Getting this guy together was an adventure. I thought I had a design figured out but the more I finished its sketch, the more weird I felt it turned out, so I ended up redrawing it into this instead. That aside, I'm glad how it turned out. :D While I wanted to keep the recognizably of Bulbead's "blob" figure, I also had a sleek-ish design like this one in mind that I couldn't figure out, so I went back to the blob shape. It turned out decently but its silhouette was similar to Reuniclus. It still is to some extent here, but I feel the neon light tail and horns set it apart well enough. Also I just really liked how the arms turned out, so I didn't want to ditch them. While I got the sleekness you'd expect from a neon sign down, I also feel I manged to make it blobby enough to read as Bulbead's evo.
