Before this picture was started I was given a choice between doing this or the Omega Flowey fight for the commission. While the Omega Flowey picture sounded like a lot of technically fun, and I was going to use actual photos of myself for the correct angles on the tongue and eye parts, the prospect of doing the Asriel scene was too good to pass by. As someone who played Undertale it was a really moving scene, and even someone with several hearts as cold and black as the vacuum of space like myself actually teared up a bit at that point. A lot of those feelings came back during the making of this, even if it was a commission for someone else, and it was a real treat to get to make it. I want to thank for commissioning it, and Toby fox for making such an enjoyable game. Thanks again, and I hope you ll enjoy.
