This is the PCM version of an OPL chiptune version of part of The Nutcracker Suite I did for a game but then decided to leave out. (The game had a squirrel in it and come on, how derivative can you get?) There are interesting limits to the format, notably only 4 instruments can play at any one time. This particular composition was designed to loop as background music.

The song will be recognizable to most, it's a classic bit of music oft associated with Christmas but actually of classical origin. It's been used countless times in countless movies, plays, records and art projects. And this is my tiny contribution to that pile.

Just figured I'd try a music submission, also because the recent downing of FA has made things display... weird for me. I;m being told I'm being watched by people that I'm not and have never even seen before and that I have more submissions than I actually do.
