It's probably mostly because she only exists in the comics... People in the Netherlands and some other countries know her, but her (recent) appearances in the US are rare.
I also have some Disney picture books where Brer has a wife and kids, she looks a bit different! That book is more true to the original stories than the comics are.

No, no, I don't hate Molly! I just hate this drawing, because it's old. I did it when I was 17 :P I think most artists don't like their old art.
In fact, I still have a story idea lying around where Molly plays a very important part. The problem is that it's 8 pages or so and it's not very likely the Disney publisher will buy an 'expensive' comic like that of a 'minor' character.

Yeah, it is. Sadly aside from that one and a one-page comic I never had anything else published by Disney, but I hope to do more in the future! Maybe I can continue working on that comic someday. I'd love to, the story idea was interesting but it still needs a lot of work.
