You'll Take My Life But I'll Take Yours Too!
So the idea of a JoJo RPG was thrown around in one of my tabletop circles, using some sort of superhero GURPS or something, and I went ahead and just made a Stand and a character for the possible party and setting, which seems to be a group of Speedwagon agents in WWI.
So the character's name is Eddie M., a lanky, sort of skeevy, English agent trained to handle other Stand-users.
His actual Stand is The Trooper, after the Iron Maiden song. The Trooper itself isn't super special, with a D or C in every stat save for Durability and Precision, which both have A's. His power comes from his mirror: if one's reflection is caught in the mirror, from any distance, then any damage one does to the Stand or his user is automatically reciprocated to anyone whose reflection is currently in the mirror.
This also enables The Trooper and Eddie to go into kind of a berserk mode, in which they attack recklessly with headbutts, grapples, and slams, dealing damage to their opponent, which is then compounded by the damage they do to themselves.
The idea is that it's highly improbable to beat The Trooper on your own, that you'd need to either have Jotaru levels of toughness, or fight him with a partner who can help split the pain. Also, it requires a reflection for his Stand to do its ability, so he also can't really fight vampires.

Probably a stalemate against both, now that I really think about it?
Hanged Man can appear in any reflective surface, but it'd be possible to trap him within The Trooper's mirror. Then, I guess, if one were to just recall The Trooper, it would also recall The Hanged Man (I think that's how it works with him?), which would leave just Eddie M. fighting J. Geil in-person for a moment.
As for Man In The Mirror, I haven't read Vento Aureo, but from what I've gathered from the Wiki, I think maybe Eddie M. could do some sort of Jotaru-esque mind-trick to, I dunno, make it so that The Trooper's mirror was the one MITM used to go to the mirror world, and then just recall The Trooper to trap MITM there. I might be misunderstanding how MITM works, exactly x3 Either way, I don't see him truly "defeating" either Stand in combat. Like the two you mentioned, The Trooper isn't fantastically strong in his own right, but is tailor-made to handle punch-Stands or Hamon-users.

Any stand that can manipulate light would probably also mess up your mirror. Mirrors reflect light, so a bright enough light would eliminate or obscure any reflection.
"Stand in the place that you live...Stand in the back of your car....Stand any place that you are.."
