Well I just started sketching at random this evening, and this guy fell onto the paper. ^^ At least I think it might be a guy. Gender indeterminate. :3 Anyhoo! He's purple, he's rubber, he's bloated up with helium! Seems he grabbed a previously large tank of the stuff, and hooked it up to his handy tail valve.

Now he's bloated up to the size of a mega blimp, rather dwarfing that poor empty tank. And as is typical of helium balloons untethered, he's off having a float. ^^ So, if you see a giant purple Dragon/Dino thing drifting by, give 'em a wave! I'm sure he could use the company up there.

Hell, even better! Grab your own tank of Helium, and go join the big balloon. :3 Happy expanding kids!
