Or in other words, SPOOPY BOOBIES!
Duchess is a very posh ghost and while she shares Stella's liking for teasing she finds the wraith scaring everyone half to death extremely non-dapper. Which tends to irritate her.
Not only that, her opinion towards wraiths is that they are uncouth and evil but then again, she doesn't really know Stella so she's in the wrong too, SPECIALLY since Duchess likes to possess and mess around with people.
Also, Duchess IS a bedsheet, she's the equivalent of a Charlie Brown Halloween costume.
