I'm so delighted that this is finally done.....I started this picture almost 2 years ago. My buddy at work saw a printout of a Lackadaisy strip I had and he asks me if I could make similar characters with red pandas (his favorite animal). He liked the 1920s rumrunner theme and the look of the characters, and wanted them playing poker.....I says to him, I says, "Sure, I can do that but you know.....my skills are not even close to Butler's, it's not gonna look the same...." And he said that was of no concern, he'd love it anyway. As of this moment I have yet to deliver this to him, so I hope he does like it.
