The Star and The Moon
I decided to upload these together since they are quite similar. Both take place at night by a lake. I like these since they have so much blue and purple coloration.
The Star: The card of hope, faith and renewal. This is a card of spiritual healing.
Reversed: Self doubt or stubbornness.
Her hair is colored to resemble water. I ended up expanding her tummy after the initial first sketch.
The Moon: This is by far the most requested card. This is the card of imagination, dreams, and illusion.
Reversed: Exaggerated version of the same. The need for deception arises.
See you in your nightmares.

It was in the Rider-Waite version. It seems that the crayfish is there to remind us that all life originates from the water but Rider showed him crawling to the shore. The rider version has a dog and a wolf howling at the moon together, as they both go back to primal instincts dispite one of them being domesticated. I spoofed this version a little with a canine-like fluffdragon who happens to be holding the crayfish as if planning to eat it later.
