The anthropomorph (local nickname for science-fiction furry) does have realistic 'evolved' structure and caninelike details (nose, ears, vibrissae-patch, a rational design for a larger brain-space). It does remind me of a variety of dog-breed. Constructed well enough that the image could be redone in 3-D....
BUT... I mean that your combination into the image allows me to extrapolate an intelligent, humanlike 'person' mind inside the brain, with a language, and face emotional-expressions that I could understand (whether true or not, coming from a parallel alien evolution). Perhaps a personality (human? alien?) that was alert, pleasant, confident (outside).

And definitely that is the situation. I placed my animal-like living being somewhere in a parallel universe; I took this decision twenty-something years ago and this escamotage let me free to evolve living beings which aren't only anthropomorphized animals born in my mind, but something that could exist out there in the Universe (lol).
A sentient being that neither resemble a human nor a weird-looking alien. But almost known, upright standing critters in animal shapes who live in comfortable houses and eat cooked food. Only this. :P
I have currently a lot of unresolved matters and questions that never will get an answer regarding my creations, but who cares. I have a lot of fun with them. :)
