So this is Copycat. They don't have a personality of their own, as their name suggests they're a well, copycat. Copycat will essentially latch onto any person or Pokemon they see and adopt their entire being as their own. Personality, gender, habits, everything will be copied.

What is Copycat doing when not copying? Being a cat. Goin' blep. You know, cat things.
