With Siuduri being over 1000 years old by now - given she was born in 999 AD - it's not that suprising that she's been switching main attires a lot over the years. And as of late she's gotten more comfortable as her status of being 'The Next Gen Devil', she's begun dressing more like one, too, finding that mind games and plotting to be a challenge she's yet to master, now that she's beaten most in terms of physical prowess.

Well, she certainly had those thighs long before she began to use steel toes shoes. Whenever stepping into a real tough fight, she generally takes them off, using often just healing bandages around her hands and feet.
Though when just wanting to look classy when fighting, the demon steel on the shoes certainly are good for punting someone in the gut. :v

Speaking from experience, you wear steel toes if you like anxiety.
Not for your toes, though. You can run a truck over these things and not crush your toes.
The toughness and weight these things bring means that anything you lightly tap with your toe suddenly and inexplicably shatters.
If you kick someone with these, and put force behind it, you're going to A) shatter half of someone's entire rib cage and B) liquefy their innards. I would say that with proper training, steel toed boots can be used as murder weapons.
