I recently took up pyrography (artistic wood burning) and have been enjoying it a lot. I showed  Amrapus some of what I was doing and he asked if I could burn something for him.

So here we have his Triskeleon symbol. Piece is square, 9.5cm on each side, burned on to birch plywood and wood waxed to protect it. I'll be handing it over when I see him at Confuzzled. :)

I don't think I'll be using the birch much in future, it seems to be impossible to get it smooth and seems to generate tiny splinters very easily. All part of the learning process though!
