Meet Perceval (or just Percy for short).
He's a prince from a far away planet of which no one has ever heard.
He's a beaver. Or at least, his species very much resembles the beavers of Earth.
The cape is a real portal, and Percy can use it to hide things for later use.
His sword is named Zephyr and is made of crystal.
It is physically rather weak. More of ornamentation.
However: Zephyr is capable of firing a magical star beam with a slicing motion.
Percy is also able to conjure up tiny stars. When he gives the star a name, it tells him
information. Sort of like a weird version of Siri or Alexa.
It is only able to tell him one thing, however, before it disappears into his cape forever.
Percy is unfortunately running out of names, so he doesn't use the ability as much now.
Personality-wise, he is pretty damn arrogant as one might expect from a prince.
He has a heart of gold. Or, at least, it has some kind of gold platting.
He likes to go on adventures and tries to do good deeds.
Unfortunately he often ends up getting into trouble instead.
