This was fun to read! I enjoyed how it focused a bit more on John and Sandra and Caleb all going out and getting to indulge themselves at the restaurant. I didn't think the McDonalds stuffing was too much, since it's the sort of thing Sandra and Caleb would likely do if they felt like getting plenty good and full. It was fun seeing John encourage Caleb along with Sandra to win that burger contest, too, with the assisted bellyrubbing, and it was cute seeing how affectionate he and Sandra were in congratulating him.
