Somewhere out in space exists a species of aliens known as the Veniuses. Created from scratch by an advanced aquatic species, they served as biologically engineered sex dolls until the extinction of their creators, at which point they left the planet to mingle with other lifeforms.

Veniuses are visually identical to each other and always female. The unique nature of their creation means that they survive by forming symbiotic relationships with other species. Even their reproduction cycle depends on it, since they’re unable to breed with each other, but can breed with many different alien species (the offspring will always more Veniuses.)

Veniuses are naturally non-combative, outgoing, friendly and affectionate. They have little taboos in the way of sexuality, which could cause them to clash with more conservative cultures. Veniuses regard each other as family, even when only distantly related
