This comes from - http://allrecipes.com/recipe/214904/kiwi-salsa/
6 kiwis, peeled and diced
1 small onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
I skipped the last four, but did add a pinch of salt; small handful of cilantro (chopped) and a small container of pineapple (also chopped)
All you have to do is remove the stem from the jalapeno, devein and deseed...and then chop everything in your blender and put in a large bowl, seal and chill! - Would probably have more 'oomph' if the jalapeno was roasted along with the onion, and needs to be drained just a touch from the extra juices!
Other than that, serve with tortilla chips...fish tacos...chicken...even pork tingas!
Enjoy!

So many ways to make a salsa! This sounds wonderfully fresh and yummy for a spring/summer season!
Not sure that roasting the jalapenos would fire up the heat any, but would likely add to the complexity of flavors for the roasted touches. Might want to throw a serrano pepper or two in there if you want to kick up the 'heat' quotient. Especially when adding the pineapple to an somewhat sweet base like the kiwi fruit... the sugars tend to mute the impact of the heat quite a bit.
But definitely a very nom-able concoction here!
