Unit Designation: Z0R-34.
Species Origin: Pokemon species 'Zoroark'.
Physical Build: Stands around sixty-two feet/eighteen point eight meters in height. Plates of chassis are of a moderate to light density, which makes the unit unsuited for direct combat. The 'mane' is made of even lighter components, if only to make sure it isn't too heavy to move around due to the production line that said mane houses.
Unit Abilities: Has a form of production facility housed within the mane, the products consist of millions of short-lived drones. The purpose of these dust-sized drones are – after being violently ejected when needed through various tubes in the mane – to manipulate light itself in order to form distortions in the environment, commonly referred to as 'illusions'. These illusions will last so long as Unit Z0R-34 remains in the area, but will dissolve should it stray too far away, the drones disintegrating. This ability can only be used so much before more of the drones need to be made, so the unit will often try to use the drones in small amounts to the local area around it.
Unit Behavior: Isolation is its preference, shying away from areas that are inhabited. Those who do find it will spark the units curiosity, though will be cautious for anything that could be of danger to it.

Unit Designation: 4M-83R.
Species Origin: Pokemon species 'Lucario'.
Physical Build: Normally stands at around eight feet/two point four meters in height, but can vary vastly due to units capabilities. Has a secondary layer of green painted plating that takes on the form of some kind of long-sleeved gown. Said attire can be removed and folded up, then set aside for moments that Unit 4M-83R finds to be peaceful.
Unit Abilities: Being among one of the more powerful units discovered, Unit 4M-83R can alter reality to whatever suits it, be it altering its own size to cosmic sizes or creation of simple objects from nothing. How it's able to draw the energy required for these actions is unknown, but the most likely candidate is its very core, the output multiplying for however large or small that Unit 4M-83R goes.
Unit Behavior: Seems to be the more benevolent of the deity-classed units, preferring to find peaceful solutions instead of having to resort to violence. In the case that violence is unavoidable, it will fight though with signs of remorse. It'll generally tend to stay from most mortal beings, but there are cases where individuals were seen directly interacting with Unit 4M-83R.

Unit Designations: M1D0-R4-1 and M1D0-R4-2.
Species Origin: Pokemon species 'Serperior', anthropomorphic.
Physical Build: Both units share almost the same properties in their builds. Unit M1D0-R4-1 though has a more child-like build, standing at less than three and a half feet/just over a meter in height, while Unit M1D0-R4-2 has a figure like that of an adult, standing at seven feet and four inches/over two meters in height. Unit M1D0-R4-2 though has sun-yellow plating covering over their form like a robe, which is not directly connected to its chassis and can be removed like normal clothing if need be. For reasons unknown, both units carry identical blankets, made of an elastic fabric of sky-blue coloration, both matching their size each.
Unit Abilities: Both are mostly incapable of combat, but will resort to using basic attacks of their origin species if the need arises. What makes them unique is the special form of energies that their bodies produce when certain actions are performed. If the units experience joy and happiness, as well as affection from others in the form of loving embraces, their cores will produce a form of energy which is used as materials for their chassis. This energy gets spread evenly throughout their forms, which makes them more dense, in which the microscopic drones that flow within their forms will try to redistribute the structure due to the increased density. What this translates to is the units visibly growing larger each time that this energy is produced. To keep them from collapsing in on themselves, the ratio of the added density being redistributed isn't a pure 1:1 ratio, meaning that their chassis gets tougher as time goes on, though the difference between each growth and chassis toughness is almost impossible to truly notice.
If however, a negative action is performed like being punched, the cores instead release a corrosive form of this energy, degrading them from within and prompting a reverse of the previous response, making the units shrink. At their normal sizes though, this corrosive energy will not be produced, which will mean that the units will not dwindle further than their normal sizes. Growth though, a limit has yet to be discovered due to one instance, where Unit M1D0-R4-2 was reported to reach cosmic sizes.
Unit Behavior: Unit M1D0-R4-1 is known to be shy towards others that it doesn't personally know, even hiding from them if the chance arises. Once its trust is earned though, it will view those it trusts as a form of guardian, often staying close to them. Unit M1D0-R4-2 isn't as shy, more along the lines of being more outgoing and friendly to others. It's due to this that the unit is more welcoming to others than its 'younger' counterpart.

Unit Designation: T1-N1.
Species Origin: Pokemon species 'Victini'.
Physical Build: Normally would measure at a mere one foot/thirty and a half centimeters in standing height and if its body structure is normal. However, like Unit 4M-83R, Unit T1-N1 is capable of altering its own size to sizes far larger than the aforementioned unit. At times though, it's seen that Unit T1-N1 takes on a more humanoid build, measuring around nearly seven times larger than its 'feral' build at six feet, eight inches/just over two hundred and three centimeters provided that it's at its normal size. Either form would both have a gold-ivory necklace that hangs around the neck, a silver spherical pendant being held by the chain. The contents of it are often kept to Unit T1-N1 only, though some records indicate that its home world, where it was created, resides inside of the jewelry.
Unit Abilities: Another deity-classed unit, its powers far outmatching that of Unit 4M-83R by many, many fold, able to create entire galaxy clusters with little to no strain on its systems. Unlike that of the mentioned unit though, whose abilities aren't focused to any one area, Unit T1-N1s abilities are more tuned to defensive measurements rather than creation or destruction, despite being able to perform the latter two with ease, forming defenses to areas that need it most.

Unit Designation: ZU-H1.
Species Origin: Pokemon species 'Greninja', shiny.
Physical Build: Stands at seven feet, nine inches/two hundred and thirty-six centimeters in height. More frail-looking build in comparison to the other units, but made out of sturdier materials to compensate. Has pouches of liquid where a normal greninjas water sacks would be on its lower arms and thighs, to act not only as counterbalances for some movements, but to also act as a supply for its attacks and other methods of maintaining high movement speed.
Unit Abilities: The 'water' is of a self-replicating substance that has the same appearance as normal water. What makes it different aside from the self-replication is its high concentration of inactive magnetic materials mixed among the particles. Said particles become active when a weak electrical charge is coursed through them, resulting in the liquid locking up enough to where it could be almost fully solid yet maintaining flexibility to serve a variety of purposes. The stronger the charge, the tighter the bond and thus the stronger the water constructs are. The charges to activate this reaction comes directly from Unit ZU-H1s power core, so frequent use of these constructs is ill-advised, even if there's enough of the liquid to use.
When not in need of stealthy scenarios, Unit ZU-H1 can focus the output of its core to amplify its own physical size, following a procedure much like that of the M1D0-R4 units minus the need of positive or negative influences to affect the size alterations. This has the obvious drawback of making it impossible to remain stealthy and able to move as fluently due to the increased size and mass, so Unit ZU-H1 will do this only when its duty is not required for the moment.
Unit Behavior: Often staying out of sight when in public areas, preferring to meet in private when doing tasks. When it comes to meeting with friends though, Unit ZU-H1 will be more lenient, even friendly in return, to the individuals it personally knows. When at a larger size, it becomes relaxed and even slothful at points, especially more when 'hanging out' with friends, playing with them as well, a rather polar contrast to its behavior when at normal sizes.
