Yes, it is a me. :3 Totally me, in fact, pose and all. XD If my hands aren't in my pockets, they are fiddling with something. Or they're fiddling with something in my pockets. X3
But goooosh, Hoot draws some super cute otters, so I jumped at finally getting the chance to grab something from her! And I loooove including the outfit. X3 So adorable! And like I said, the pose and expression are absolutely spot on. And biiiiig tail! Big tails are seriously the best. :3 Really like the coloring style on this image a lot too, everything is just so niiiice. Super happy with how this turned out. :3
