Tabitha Saisei, a wonderful hybrid of an Eevee mother and canine "father". This bubbly young woman does her best to cheer those up around her. Though she is not the most attentive person on the planet, some would say oblivious or naive, she is a very caring and compassionate little thing. Though little is not the best description for someone who stands a little above average at 6'3 (and a quarter)".
