As we know, fully grown dragons are one of the most dangerous being that ever walked and soared upon the earth. But a young drake, is just as dangerous. While they cannot breath fire or ice like their fully grown parents, the acid they produce is believed to be a worse way to die than being cooked or frozen in an instant. The process is slow and painful and is wished upon the worse of our kind. But the riders, the riders are the ones that are truly in danger of these young and soon to be dragons. A drake is unpredictable and untamed. Only a fool would think he or she has it under their control. That is why it takes only the bravest [or the stupidest] to mount one. Because there may come a time where a rider would have to put down his own beast. And do so without hesitation or mercy. And that is why the spear is made of the strongest steel on earth, nearly impenetrable by the acid of the drakes. So that he may plunge it deep into its heart and kill it, before the thick layers of the blade melt away.

For the human, yes, it can be human. As for the dragon, I'd prefer it had the same level of detail. If it's more detailed I'm going to have to up the cost in case this auction doesn't reach at least 120$. But if it passes that, then yes, I won't mind changing the dragon as well.

The first one yes, seeing as its almost exactly as the one i drew in terms of head armor, spokes and simple features.
The second one is way over the top with this, so that's definitely going to be for an extra. Wings included, they aren't a simple sheet of skin, they are bones and webs. That is a lot more work than simple wings, I believe you understand that. Extra armor, extra hair.

Yus suh, of course these days I am actually playing as Haeres so the wings have pretty much been reformed since that one.
So if I do win the wings will be full. Will there be wings? In this YCH it looks like a dragon bust and full body of the rider.

I dont know how long youve been watching me but i always draw my characters or simple canines as my YCHs. So why is there a need to question what I write?. And if you want my opinion. Wings on the character makes the piece far too clogged at this point and makes no actual sense for a winged persona to be riding a dragon. Not in this pose and not in this concept.
Did I say a no? I said if you want my opinion. If you want a clogged, irrational image that is your choice. That is what "any species except a house cat" means. However the way you interpret it, is your own business, not mine. I'm just trying to do a piece I'll enjoy doing for once.
