So i was on the firing range all weekend with the homeguard and on Sunday me and three others volounteered to help some officer cadets with training instructions on a firing range. Easy job, just do as you are being told and try out some of the more rare ranges ;)
Anyway we were split up into two teams. When it was over me, one of the other volunteers and an instructor was chatting in the middle of giant field standing on the only gravel road running through it. Suddenly the instructor says, look at that Little guy. We turn around and the Little frog on the Pictures is crawling towards us. After a short while it stops like its a part of the conversation and just playing cool, like it was saying "What's up Guys?"
So this Little guy just sits there not doing anything for 5 - 10 mins. Until the instructor gets the idea to see how it will react to be shown a boot in front of it (not kicking it or touching, just placing it front of it).
So the instructor Places his foot in front of it and there was an immediate reaction It puffed up, but still not moving. So we let it be. Soon there after a car arrived to pick up some machinery used at range.
It barely missed the still puffed up frog. But when it had passed the frog was back to normal, looking like someone who found a far to big opponent.
A few minutes later the car was returning we tried to move the frog but it puffed up again. So we chose to guide the car around the frog.
We moved aside and started chatting again and guess what.. the frog followed us. It stayed with us for around 20 minutes before it left us.
