Backstory:
During the patrols around one of the quarantine zones, the troopers spotted something colourful making its way through the bush, hastily approaching the three metre high parametre fence. When the creature came out from the bush into the opening, none of them were expecting what they had seen. It was unlike any L.O.S.T. infected subject that has been seen before, regarding the resurgence of this alien intelligence that has been taking over a number of subjects.
Similar to previous deviants, it had purple skin with yellow spots randomly situated about it, albeit all of its body was as such, and not just various random areas. The creature exhibited a greater bi-lateral symmetry than any of the other cases, as if this were a sort of ultimate, refined form. A "true form," if you will. But what's most interesting is that from what was seen, this appears to be a single entity - there was very little evidence of two or more individuals ever having fused, besides the notable amount of biomass it had.
The troopers reported having fired at the creature as it approached dangerously close to the fence - they had noticed that its teeth and claws were bloodied, and thus were even more worried about it. Astonishingly, the creature was able to survive a lot of damage before expiring. Very few organisms can survive 60 bullets to the head, arms, torso, and lower body...each.
With this most recent deviant, our fears of what this is has been confirmed. Our scientists have recovered the documents regarding this lifeform, and have learned of its name.
Some of the more religious groups that had encountered these mutants referred to them as "fallen humans." Mockeries of what humans should be, and converting any they encounter over to their "dark" side. Somewhere down the road, that was corrupted into a single word.

And here it is.
Brought back to life from the mind of my teenage self, albeit upgraded with a few elements such as split mouth arms, mouths located where they shouldn't be, as well a single eye located where it shouldn't be. Otherwise:
-Lower serpentine body? Check
-Multiple limbs/tentacles on torso? Check
-Single eye for a face? Check
-Eyes located on the ends of tentacles? Check
-Mouths anywhere except head? Check
-Slaughtered people with mouths and claws when they encounter resistance, thus leading to bloodied teeth and bone? Check
At long last, I've found a place for them among my current work.
The Falumen have returned...
P.S. They will have a more proper picture to "introduce" them at a later date. I considered lining this picture, but by that point I had already fine tuned the sketch a lot.
