The foam turns out to be some kind of clothing liquid, as it turns into an attractive disposable diaper. Unfortunately, the machine then makes Parker a Jumper in the most bizarre way possible, aside from more liquid related stuff. Parker then shows his appreciation to the clerk. I love how Parker' pouty face came out in panel 5.
