Well thanks so much. Delco is a natural ham in front of the camera, so Massy tells me. You can see it in his eye, he just likes to show off.

Thank you so much for saying so! I tried to go deeper with Delco. I'm still learning my feather shading and he's a bird with subtle plumage. *wing hugs*

Wings are hard to draw. I'm too scared at this point to try to really draw them in full detail. When i do a super detailed animal drawings I stick with animals with fur... Someday I might draw something with feathers...

I agree with you, wings are tough! I've been trying for two years and I still haven't got them down, but the only way to get good is to do it. So, I do and I'm sucker for lovely birds and I have no choice but to try. I'm ok with fur, but still not that great at it, so I keep on playing around.

You notice you never COMPLETELY ace something you draw no matter how many times you've drawn it. But you come pretty dang close. :D I need to try drawing feathers tho...

You are SO right. I think half the fun, half the frustration of art is the elusive quality of it and the "well that's good, but I can do better" aspect of it too. :)

Awe, thanks stud boar. I"m trying. I"m really pleased that my old pencil art is shining through a bit. I've got much to learn and the power of the pencil still amazes me. I will unlock its secrets yet. Yeah, I'm all bird brained. __but there's doggy kink on the way. Shhhhhh. ;)
