I imagine that if this took place as part of OoT vs a generation before or after then key characters would still be allies of Link, Talon and Malon, Saria and all of the sages I suppose though maybe questionably Nabooru... actually no, Nabooru would probably end up a huge ally along with all of the Gerudo and they would accept him as one of their own right off the bat or even seek him out due to his notoriety.
