Basicaly she is Arcadia's dictator, police chief, secretly a demonic goddess from the demon realm and quite the... unique individual. Even though she is a demon, her eyes don't glow unless she is in the demon realm, much like Rift's, but Rift isn't a full demon so whats her reason? Hmmmmm...
