Nice! Some friends and I started 4th edition early in October. We've only been able to get together a couple times so far though.

I like 4th edition, I can use my fursona without telling my friends I'm a fur X3

We're finally rolling on ours. As a present to one of my friends I promised I'd DM since he always did it in our past games.

I was sad though, I gave them Players guide and Monster manual to pick races from and what do I get? Two humans, a halfling, and an eladrin. Such a sad state of affairs, I didn't even get a tiefling.

So that's where you've been hiding.

My friends and I still play 3.5 as per they don't like 4.0 that much.

It's all a matter of opinion. 4E is really easy to set up for me, and we seem to playing pretty well, even with the old hats in the group.

I wish it was the place I was hiding most of the time. Work is the real killer, we play maybe once a month.

I'm not going to discuss 3.5 vs. 4e with you. you guys have fun, and that's it. :)

It's all about what you have fun with. Book creep versus limited release, whether the rules a sleek or bastardized, all for debate on their forums. It's just easy for me to set up a 4e game, and it plays to my laziness.

He plays a character as someone well versed in property laws actually. They fought brigands looting a merchants caravan early on in this adventure and after some good diplomacy he lectured them on who's good those were offered them a share of the reward for safe return of the cargo, and had them help take it back to the merchant. But I'll stop boring you about it.

And oh yes, I'm all about his character bringing the boom-wow.

nevermind, it's an interesting story. talking brigands out of actually taking the loot but return it to the owner is not a small deed. :)
