He's a mercanary out for revenge, anfd to make a living. only weapons are a sword and a pistol and basic knowledge of healing and offensive magic.

the flintlock pistol is a wierd design that allows a few successive shots before reloading. and the sword has an enchantment that makes all injuries non lethal, but they will still impair the victim every bit as the actual wound. the pistol is for killing. XD

Also the necklace around his neck is a special charm that keeps his head on, that's right he's headless and the only thing helping him is the charm of the necklace. without it the head will fall off and not reattach, no speaking either. when wearing the necklace the only downside is a scar that will never go away.

In addition his head cannot remain off indefinitely, once removed the small flame in the gem will slowly burn down, if it ever goes out he'll die. though he's burn it down for 48 hours before and only gotten to half strength but it seems to respond to his own vitality, the better he feels the stronger it burns the worse off the lower it burns. also body heat seems to help revitalize the fire.
