I cheated, when it was time for that, I drank a ton of water before they started x3 Was freaky when I belched up cinnamon dust though

You should be carefull with these challenges though, they can be potentially dangerous. Someone got in a coma from it.

I heard, this stuff has a unique ability to help balance your insulin (sugar levels) but, imbibe to much in it, and yeah...heck to much water can kill you. Causes something called "Hydrodiptheria" you drown on dry land
