Not nearly enough dongs.
No but seriously, the font may be a little small for the bubbles, but everything is is smooth like buttah. You've got that sort of cartoonish presence down where things might be colored flat, but they don't look flat despite weird noodly proportions.
Man, they weren't kidding, that porno shop's a dump.

Presentable to me, probably presentable to FA.
It has a good joke. Underground, early independent comic style, like the type done by art students. Matches a lot of webcomics. It is not "tidy" in panel-borders, but everything that is happening in the comic is very clear.
There are minor technical things that bother me (lines coming together in the space between panels and in the main characters arms in panel 4) --but I think you'd be fixing them yourself by the next comic.
Are you timing yourself? Seeing how much worktime you can stand to put into a strip? I knew a guy who did a daily comic strip that took him about 10 hours a day to do. That's not a good way to work or live. I'd think having a daily strip that you could do in under 4 hours would be a lot more wise.

Yes. I can guess what's going on and supply the rest of the arms in my imaginationl
I can also guess that when you were drawing this, the black arm-lines looked just fine against a white/light colored background. When you went for the black background in coloring (which looks very good, by-the-way), then the armlines disappear against the black.
Now you know that might happen, and you'll figure out if you want to bother with keeping the arm-lines apart all the time.
If you look at the first collections of daily comic strips, sometimes you can see (after about 6 weeks of strips) changes in the overall technique that a cartoonist does -- just from having the feedback from rapidly doing 30 or more strips in a row. They find their comic strip groove.

What Sonderjen said.
I really like the underground comics style of this. I always had a soft spot for them.
Caution: useless suggestion below.
As for the text and balloons, maybe you could draw the comic without the word bubbles, but keep their placement in mind, or non repo blue them in (for lack of a better term). Then add go into PS or Painter or whatever program you prefer and add the text then draw the balloons around and below the text on a different layer.

Your stuff just keeps getting better! :) I love the reacting Melvin in the second panel.
The only thing I can think of is that sometimes your compositions can be a bit confusing because of objects placed in front of other objects, like in the last panel. For one, it's not clear what the cardboard cutout is at first, and having Melvin overlapping with the cutout kind of makes the eye get stuck there. You don't want the viewer's eye "sticking," you want it to flow freely around the panel.
I think for clarity's sake you could get rid of the cutout and just have Melvin in front of the window and it would "read" better. Never mind that skeezy porno shops don't usually have huge display windows. That's more in line with sex-positive, women-owned independent businesses. C:

This is full of win.
Its also what the 'decent people of the Raleigh-Durham area' decided to do when a sex shop called Adam and Eve opened up. They took it all the way to the town council even! Course, the town council ruled in their favor...
The way the economy is going, a few sex shops could bring some much needed cash into the area.
For there are two things that will always be rolling in money:
Food.
And.
Sex.
