Indeed he does, but I stick with the Blaziken Family in Emerald and the like. and when Diamond and Pearl hit the states, the monkey and turtle will be my next two first picks, unless that penguin is hella badass

Actually, after having played the game, I found my favorite line to be the grass starter. no offense to the penguin's line, but he just seems...out of place. he gains a resistance to grass only to be weak to ground AND fighting?! That's a little cheap :c he got the short end of the stick.
