Was originally going to be a egg adoptable but I ended up liking him so much I'm keeping it. The egg is not to scale. Not that cruel with designs.

He feels like he would of been in a 80s cartoon as a sometimes baddy when writers were using the big bad too much or the friendly henchman to a short, volatile villain with no visible face.
