But that's the problem. From teh sounds of it. He was going to pay for this piece and never did. In a way that's stealing. I mean you don't go to a bank and steal from them. it's wrong.

Yes there is something wrong with free commissions. Commissions are done with the idea that you draw what they want, and in exchange for your services, they pay you. In this case, kit put a lot of effort into this, only to get nothing in return.
What you should say is there is nothing wrong with free trades or requests. Free commissions goes completely against what a commission is. It's almost an oxymoron.

kitsunekit wanted me to pay with paypal but i dont have paypal so ii told firr to give him money through paypal and then i would pay forr with a amazon giftcard. firr sent kitsunekit the money and i sne t forr the gift card. firr is an idiot though because he dooesnt know how to make a gift card work. I sketched a rough picture of what he wanted and he was pleased. I asked TFmeNow to send his money to me... he said he couldn't because he doesn't have Paypal. So he said he would get Firr to pay me. Which Firr did. Firr is good people and made good on his word. The only thing is that he didn't pay Firr. So now TFmeNow has this artwork that he never paid for and Firr has been ripped of his money.
Whoa... Okay, now we're gettin' somewhere. tfmenow says that he gave Firr a real number, even that he piad more than you asked for in the first place. I've been on him about this for a while now. Maybe the number sent to you was invalid, but did tfmenow purposely send it? Maybe he just made a mistake. You two need to communicate face to face.

The e-mail came from his G-mail account, tfmenow@gmail.com. He had the name set up as "giftcardservices@amazon.com" So it seemed like it came from Amazon, but it really came from his gmail account. Also, he refuses to resend the e-mail that would have the number on it. From what amazon told me, the card wasn't the right number of digits. That is why I am having such a hard tim believeing he did this on accident.
It doesn't make sense that he would lie and continue on talking about it, that's not scammer behavior. If he WAS lying then he'd cut himself off, try and fade away. NOT get involved, he joined FA to try and correct this problem, mind you he flamed Kit a little bit to do so, but still.
I still believe that there's a misunderstanding here and I'm willing to wait out the responses from all three parties until we reach a conclusion. I don't want anyone to be left miserable and unsatisfied, that's not what we do to friends, and Kit is my friend. And any friend of Kits is a friend of mine. Might I say KoopusK, that you are acting as a particularly biased 3rd party. Why do Kit and Firr need to work it out with you? TFmenow should either provide alternate payment or prove that he made the transaction.

Who said I hate him? Rather I find anyone who makes a comment such as, "he said if he could he would turn into a mommy roo ffor me and i be his baby joey" to be rather sad. It reminds me more of the comments of a four year old. Plus, there is an easy way to prove that the transaction wasn't a mistake. I am fairly sure, due to this continuing annoyance, that TFmenow has yet to offer to fix this "mistake."

the reason is because the number i sent was from website, but I had to put in MY email when I sent to him so the site must use my email so to avoid the spam filters so he can get the card. Want to know what else is interesting, your email address (tfmenow@gmail.com) has written in the name category the email address for the REAL AMAZON.COM. No way was that accidental.

You know... dispite Andrew's many flaws. He is at least honest. To the point that I actually did a trade with him. I drew a picture for him and he did his best to draw a picture for me. The picture was by all accounts sad, he needs a little help with drawing pictures in MSpaint, but he did do it to what I feel was the best of his abilities to make a fair trade.

Agreed. I spent months talking to him. And I know I'm a bit harsh on him. I tried something with him, He kept asking me for months if I had drawn him as ,*insert random canine here* . And one day I was just like "Yes. I did. I posted it to my DA"

Tfmenow, kitsunekit and firr would have no reason to lie and ruin your reputation, since they are the only ones that have anything to lose here. If this is a misunderstanding, the three of you need to contact each other and find out what happened to the money. otherwise this will never be solved.

Well, I gotta say, this has been quite dramatic. As good as the art is, I have to say I'm faving this for its clear example of a triumph of logic.

he is only 12 :P he admitted it in his journal after i kept bugging him, i pointed out "if you have a credit or debit card, it's not that hard to apply for a paypal"
he responded "I cant get f**** paypal becasue i am only 12!" to which he admits to being underage on FA (fa requires that you be 14 or have parental consent), and he admits he has no such way of payment becasue BY LAW, you cannot be a card holder until 16.

Ok uhm can I just say something real quick? Does any of this matter to anybody on the freaking comment board really? This is basically between Firr, Kitsunekit, and TFmenow to deal with, and thats it really. Tfmenow is a scammer, thats all that needs to be said, I dont think that there needs to be this big long debate about this, because those are the facts. Just saying that Kitsunekit should probably give the money back to Firr, and just write this off as a bad comission, and everyone should acknowledge tfmenow as a scammer, and avoid him for any future deals.
They should make a movie about this. It has the perfect amount of action and drama. Maybe something like this...

Just a quick stupid question o.o I dont have tv but er...from the like first season of that comic book superhero reality tv show, didnt they say that the person who won it would get his own comic and like a scifi movie? I just wondered if they ever made a movie around that like blue flash guy who beat out fat momma.
If that's the case then don't be one of those guys who will never post their art until that single one commission was paid by the person who will never pay for it, within a particular time limit, like a year or so. Also, you can ask to be paid up front first before doing the drawing. Anyway, you could also have someone else paid for that commission too.
But the question is, how should you punish that person? Should you try my third but only make sure the person who paid for it when the other hasn't to never post it on the internet, block him, or make it a one day only thing or something? I'm beginning to run out of idea.

and, last i checked, you had to be atleast 14 to join FA, soo.... that means that he lied about his age, aaaaannd, he never had a debit or credit card as its United States law that you have to be atleast 16 to be a card holder or have a bank account.
