About the work itself, loving those hips broski, he's really got it going on with the rump. I gotta say though that bright green sweatshirt is killing my eyes though, might want to tone it down a bit. I'd also soften up the hair a bit, hit it with some smudge work or a lighter brush, as is the hair looks really stiff. Looking forward to seeing more of him.
