My long-overdue half of an art trade with  Aeonian, based on this character. I'm not sure if the character has a particular species, but the markings are neat.

I was a bit out of my comfort zone with this one, since I did this on a new drawing tablet after mainly working with vector traces of pencil sketches for the past 5 or so years. Drawing with a stylus isn't something I'm entirely comfortable with yet. And I just started using Clip Studio Paint (a.k.a. Manga Studio). I'm starting to get the hang of both, though.

Maybe I'll give vectors a rest for awhile as they're pretty time-consuming. Time to bone up on figure drawing!
