Its like sleep, or more like dreaming.
Dreaming without visualization or physicality.
Only freeform sensation and primal direction.
True meditation has no thoughts, yet can focus your mind and quell your stress.
We do not meditate to learn, focus, clear thoughts or seek enlightenment. We meditate, to meditate. In time with practice, you will find it. If you try to achieve it with that goal in mind how can you possibly clear your mind? You have to let go of even the reason why your doing it for it to work.
I am a "practicing" Buddhist, and admittedly I fail often in my "practice". However I dont have to wait for a new day to try again with a fresh start. All you simply have to do is admit you messed up, and avoid repeating the same mistake.
