Testing out a different style for a possible print comic idea. Here we have Mycroft on the left, and his vigilante hero/villian alter-ego Kleaver. A lot of stuff has been left out, his jetpack having switchblade wings for one, and his wrist-mounted switchblade swords haven't been properly worked out yet.
So why the ears? He was origionally dreamed up to mock the huge ones some Batman comics had. But logically, it's to take attention away from his tail. Not many beavers running around, would make him easy to profile.
So yeah, his motif is cutting, mainly his wrist swords and the occasional fire axe. Of couse, the standard meat cleaver is his symbol of choice, but not good for fighting.
Mycroft Nickel & Kleaver Ronald MacKinnon 2005.
