so like... I needed a form of warm-up, before I attempted any serious drawing today, so I decided to doodle up my gemsona, Chrysocolla! And then what started as a rough draft turned very quickly into something I really liked, so I decided to just finish it off and upload it.


I also want to toot my own horn a little, and say I'm pleased with how far I've come since February, when the right most version was drawn. I still need to work on my eyes and such, but over all I'm pretty pleased with even the slight improvements that i'm showing >w<
