I'd recommend building your characters over a stick figure, using light lines with a ruler to create balanced proportions.
If it helps, I'd recommend "The Art Of Drawing Manga" by Ben Krefta.
It's a great book that should teach you how to chart out your stick figures and create good proportions.
On the flipside, I do like this picture in general. You're fantastic at colouring, truly impressive.

I'll try lol thing is I do use stick bases when I draw, I guess I just need to balance them out better
and no problem! I appreciate crit, it's what helps most people get better. Even though it stings you to hear you screwed something up, no one's perfect lol that's why I find it funny when people go batshit over crit
